Meet the Tribe

OUR STORY

EJ grew up all over New York with his parents and brother. Darcie grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with her parents and 4 siblings. EJ and Darcie met at Northpoint Bible College while both pursuing their calling into full-time ministry. They were married in 2009 and immediately entered into ministry.

They spent 7 years in youth ministry investing into student, leading them closer to Jesus, and teaching them how to live according to God’s Kingdom. Throughout those years, EJ and Darcie also came to oversee young adults ministry, kids ministry, hospitality ministries, church-wide discipleship and small groups, and church connection systems and processes. They have organized missions trips, outreaches, and discipleship events.

In 2017, the Martones moved to Buffalo, New York to become lead pastors of a local church. And in 2021, EJ and Darcie followed God’s leading to Bloomington, Indiana where they became the lead pastors of Genesis Church, where they currently minister with their incredible team.

During that time in ministry, EJ and Darcie also welcomed their six children into the world: Hudson, Lincoln, Nehemiah, Titus, Rhema, and Jovi.

EJ is the author of Sons of Liberty and Prophetic Alignment. EJ and Darcie are also the co-authors of Deeper Wells.

Our family loves all things knights and warrior princesses, board games, movie nights, and sports.
